I have 25.5k HP on my NL without any washing. You really should focus on playing rather than washing on your first char in my opinion.

its not viable to be at the end game with only a maple weapon and pure luk. but as you get stronger you would be able to become pretty much pure...
the best would be to 2 hit skele with another mage if you can. I think 2h skele would be better even solo but not sure.

I dont really have anything against it but personally I rather walk to the camel then weist 10+ minutes compliting a quest for 20 powder.
I think that 20-50 hp a day for a mage would be too op regardless of the quest, mages hp goal is much lower than other classes, thus they should...
BTW there is something that is outdated. you can actually use a bishop or whatever to farm even if it doesn't have the quest active.
yes and also excluding hp from gear. from my experience the cap on my BM for example was when I had like 11k hp.
