@Moose accuracy doesn't affect range, make sure you put the correct str dex and att values, check all the equips you wear for possible missing att
make sure your hp and mp values dont include +hp/+mp from items (like medal for example)

no, it takes 30mins on average, maybe slightly faster with a bm/mm summoning. before writing my comment I've checked how long it'll take with one...
you earn 17,5m at best from leps npc per hour (average 30mins for full equip tab and almost 10m from npc -tp rock to get back to the leps map...

the formula is something like 5 * wa * str so basically the higher lvl you are the more str you have, and the more str the better wa is.
