The drops are fixed without a GM reloading the map, yes; but the map is spoiled, since mobs killed with the quest bug at hand won't respawn, so...

When making a .GIF, you can set the delay between frames. I'm pretty sure that's possible in-game, too... Maybe a delay of 200ms? :O
