Because they were set to expire, as all event mounts do. Now that expiring items work, the items expired properly and were deleted.

Unless you were hacked and someone touched your ap, or you shared account with someone who did it, it would not be possible for it to randomly change.
There is no chance of getting unbanned after you got banned for hacking.

I had initially banned you when it first happened, then after discussing it I unbanned. You shouldn't be banned now, are you still unable to connect?
It's an IP ban, so both of you will have to ride out the ban. And that's just a visual bug at the moment, it'll be remedied in the future.
