Hi, I've went to 2 rounds of Zak after the recent SC. Both rounds drops 0 helms and literally 8 certs.Can you check if there's a problem in drops or I am just unlucky? This isn't a case of bad luck; I killed 50 Zakums to test this and didn't get a single helm, no Maple Leaves and less books than normal, and 8+ Certificates per Zakum. Will be looked into ASAP. In the meantime, please do NOT attempt Zakum runs for Zakum Helmets.
Also confirmed with Pianus. So this is for all three Certificate-dropping bosses: Zakum(3) Pianus Papulatus (Clock)
I will try to get this sorted tonight. Sorry for the inconvenience... Pretty weird how simply making the certificates drop at a 100% rate would eff this up so much.
All I can tell you at this point in time is that Zakum drops are working normally on the test server. Matt will be able to tell you if this is also the case on the live server, and I'll ask a member of admin whether or not you'll be able to reloot Zak.
I didn't have time last night unfortunately. But will look into it this evening/tonight. We will figure out a way to get those who zak'd during the bugged period to reloot. However it would be appreciative if you could possibly provide a screenshot of the drops when it was killed - this would make it a lot easier.
Should be fixed now, sorry for the delay. The 100% droprate for certificates may not be effective however. But they should at least drop more frequently. Will leave this thread open so that feedback can be given.
