Why you think you get banned?: Abuse of voting glitch. Ive just been using different ip addresses eg. 3g and changing my ip address to vote on different accounts which i thought was legal to do as there is no such rule stating you cant ip change and so i just assumed it was legal. It is not hacking or abusing a glitch.

As you say yourself, you exploited a glitch. While changing your IP is most certainly not against the rules, doing so in order to vote multiple times and receive extra NX classifies as breaking the quoted rule above. The length of your ban was increased do to the absurd amount of times you changed your IP in order to vote again. Enjoy your permanent ban and understand that when you know you're doing something wrong, you won't get away.

Sorry, let me clarify. When i said "abuse of vote glitch" i meant the GMs perception of what i was doing and their reason for banning me. As you said IP changing is legal. IP changing to receive extra nx is not a glitch and should be classified separately from abusing glitches in game/website for personal gain and therefore i didnt exactly exploit an "error in design". What i have done is simply the same as for example telling my friends to create accounts using different networks to put me at a more advantageous position. All in all changing my IP to gain an advantage is not what that rules states which is exploiting a bug/glitch through the flaws of the game. I had no idea what i was doing was wrong and if i had been notified earlier about my mistakes i wouldve stopped however there are no clear regulations regarding to what I have done. Regardless of the "absurd amounts of times that i have changed my ip" only now have i learnt that what i have done is wrong as i was only notified now. The gms didnt take immediate action so i had no idea that i was doing wrong.

I now realise what i have done is a mistake however I also feel cheated as it feels as though im not getting a second chance. I believe your decision of a permanent ban is quite harsh as I only just learnt of my mistakes. I realise changing your decision may seem unprofessional as a GM but i strongly hope that you reconsider. I suggest removing the items that i bought with the nx that i received while banning me for a number of days is a much more fair and reasonable approach to the issue as i have worked quite hard on other things in game that are not related to the mistake i have done.

Not sure how you think having like 26 accounts to vote would be not against the rules. It also clearly states when voting that 'You may only vote once every 24 hours.'

After reading the rules I honestly thought this was okay. I thought it was just the same thing as telling my friends to create accounts to help me. I couldve made 500 accounts or 2 accounts for this matter and I still wouldnt know that what i was doing was wrong until the day i finally get punished. Its like letting an untrained dog run wild and pooping everywhere. The dog couldve created the smallest mess or the biggest mess and it wouldnt know of his wrong doings until he is told off. I believe the current decision is unreasonable as the ban time is measured in how big the "mess" was. As humans everyone makes mistakes and we learn from them. I have learnt today and I honestly think a permanent ban is too harsh as i dont want to leave the maple royals community like this. Im sure the GMs have the power to remove the items i purchased with the nx and just ban me for a period of time rather than completely shutting me down for a mistake that i was completely unaware of due to misinterpretation.
