Hello Authorities, I've gotten banned 5 minutes ago for saying HT is the realest *****(the N word) I know, which is a compliment and doesn't offend anyone. For what understandable reason is that banworthy? Come on.... ~Nico/50Cent/Fiddy Off-topic: In addition I'd like to add my opinion on your offensive language rules. I'm quite certain, that the majority of the community is 18+, so we're good to handle our problems ourselves, when it comes to swearing. And you know as well as I, that when someone smegas things like those, it's meant in a funny matter - and I know nobody gets offended. This rule is, in my opinion, lame. There should be rules for being offensive on people, but this is too much.
The precedent has been set that the N word (no matter in what context) is considered offensive language and is not to be used on this server.
Yes, Chris. A COMPLIMENT. ****** is not a bad word, wether you like it or not. It's a matter of context, and when the context IS SO CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT EVEN A 5 YEAR OLD WOULD UNDERSTAND IT, I don't see how it could be misunderstood. I guess it's the same as saying "Damn dude, you're the shit!". Correct me if I'm wrong. But if you find the word so offending, I'll take the punishment and abide the rules from now on, but honestly.. It's dumb. Maybe you should lower the punishment to a warning instead, I didn't even know I wasn't allowed to use that one word.
Comparing the N word with "shit" doesn't make it look better. Also... not every person will read your expressions out of a few words or find it funny no matter what the context is. At home and between your friends you can feel free to do anything you like but we here have specific rules which you have to follow. And by using the N word in a smega you could offend someone even if you didn't want to. If you are not sure about any rule or you have questions you can always ask a GM. I would also suggest you to read this if you didn't do it yet. Think about this and have a nice day.
It's not for comparing the two words, but the two sentences. And I've already read the rules, but I still don't see how saying "You don't solo HT, HT solo you. HT is the realest N-word I know" is offensive.
