3rd job ice mage

Hi guys, i have a question regarding my mage:
which attacking skill is better for me?: thunder spear or element composition?
i know TP is slower but stronger and has 80% stagger chance, but... i have elemental wand 3, which means +20% dmg to ice att and +10% dmg to lightning att -
does it mean EC will get a bonus of 30% dmg?

 

Both pretty garbage and won't be used much, just level whichever you like the look of best.
