I never played as a Bucc in the old source so I have nothing to compare with, but the skill delays are still there and they are a bit too long. Definitely something we can improve on.
In a way I'm glad this happened for an extremely selfish reason. I got a badass new boss partner I wouldn't get otherwise as a lowly poorly funded noob :^)
Jackson, as a former Buccaneer back in pre-wipe, what I noticed when Super Transform was down wasn't the damage I could dish out but rather how slow it felt with the Dragon Strike + Barrage combo. The delay is real and back then, Speed Infusion didn't work either and it was even more painful. Glad to see you're making a thread over this, and happy that Andreas looked it over~ +1 (Fun facts: Back in pre-wipe, using Super Transform and then Time Leap would cause you to have infinite Super Transform. But it gets better, TL could refresh another Bucc's TL.. Infinite TL value.)
