Comprehending every account with NX would not change anything, though. Since theoretically, The profit of each account is supposed to be similar. Therefore unless your plan is to use the money in order to buy potions, you achieve nothing here.
It would not. And it achieves more than a couple of pennies from 2x meso. Some people will sell the nx. Some people will gach (and not get the same result). Some people will sell ap resets. Some people will use ap resets. Some people will even buy tons of pets and equips. Besides, ws/cs prices are inflated and about to hit 400/500m so it will even help the economy. My point is, it is much more compensating than a couple of pennies from 2x meso. Come on, extra 10-20m is nothing. Most of us have lost much more than that.
Candle droprate was doubled here: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/new-source-update-25-27-05-2017.91890/ Candle/Sunshine 2x was mentioned in the update notes for compensation: https://royals.ms/forum/threads/new-source-update-29-20-06-2017.93860/
It affects more than just the maple administrator NPC. Which means it affects more than just the coupons, and has nothing to do with the coupons alone. Note that this now allows us to hand out cash items via NPCs, meaning that the mount covers are for sale from the anniversary event NPCs, as well as future events. That was the entire point of it. An issue popped up after Kevin had to leave for some RL stuff. He came home, he fixed it, problem solved. The server will not "keep crashing all the time", as that's been fixed. And if it happens again, which it shouldn't, it'll be fixed again. We dont leave issues just to never fix them. If you read the update notes you'll see we also made effort towards the d/c issues. For you it might be enough but for others who only vote every so often, it would be OP for them. You're not realizing past yourself. Pretty sure I gave you my opinion, but just in case: I feel that you're trying to only think of the monetary aspect of it. Money is the only thing that affected you with the rollback/the only thing you cared about with it. Some people, no matter how much gacha tickets or money we give them, it won't bring back the awesome 1 in 100000 chance of luck they got to scroll something or obtain something godly. The idea of the compensation is to compensate time spent. People lost a lot of tree runs because of it, lost a lot of candles, so that was fair to increase because it's part of the event. "when the fourth rollback will hit"... Considering we have measures in place to prevent it now, the chances of that are incredibly slim. The first rollbacks barely count because they were minor - maybe an hour or two at most, and only 50 to 100 players were online. Matt answered the rest of it. Drop rate was increased once before, and then doubled again currently with the tickets. If you read the announcement post, that is.
Though I think the staff has actually over compensated with 72 hours (I think 24-30 hours would have been better for the integrity of the game), it was still the best form of compensation possible. Your idea of giving out hundreds of gach tickets is poorly thought out in an attempt to refund people who lost perfect stonetooths. 300 tickets could turn out to be junk, and then you're back to square one. The NX was refunded at least; I think that's the best they could do with the item loss situation. I also do not believe they have item logs for proof, so they really just had to work with what they could realistically do. And giving nothing would definitely have hurt the server a lot more based on history alone.
