I see.. well to be honest I did look up about having multiple accounts and saw that its ok so I figured its allowed with all of its meanings, haven't seen this thread you attached though. After i opened my mule, 2 of my friends quit the game so I've been playing their accounts as well so maybe it looked suspicious to you guys There really wasn't intetion of abusing or doing something illegal... You can take the NX back maybe or something that may let me play before those 14days? Cuz most of it haven't been used (used a bit on my main which would be less than 1person's vote) I apperciate your replies and hope that there is something we can do.. Thank you
I was playing most of time on my main but they quit after few days playing mapleroyals so I've did the cake event on their characters, gotta mention that it wasn't for like long time, It all happend just 3 days ago. And like I said I did check about having multiple accounts and saw that is allowed, isn't it? Thanks.
Unfortunately, with the account sharing that would increase the ban to permanent. Having multiple accounts is allowed but it is clearly outlined that sharing accounts is against the rules.
Please you gotta understand that I had no bad intention and did not mean to do things that are against the rules. I can gurantee it won't happen again and like I said I don't mind you will take back the NX and stuff if it makes it better..
The rules we have put in place are there for a reason, and breaking them, no matter the intent, is subject to the according punishments. I'm sorry but for admitting to major account sharing you have been permanently banned from the game.
I know and I respect rules and never had no meaning of breaking them. I do ask you though that you consider the fact that I just joined lately, so as you can see I wasn't fully familiar with every single rule and again I'm not saying I shouldn't get punished for breaking your rules, but what I do say and ask for is to divide between a person that does that while knowing its forbbiden and one that dosen't, just by the level of punishment. Like I said before I did check and saw that having multiple accounts is allowed, those accounts that I've played for the cake event indeed wasn't accounts that I've opened but isn't the fact that the players of this characters quit after just a couple days - changes something? they didn't even get to lv50.. All I ask for is second chance since im new here, liked the server and do want to continue playing MapleRoyals and can gurantee it won't happen again, you can delete my friend's accounts and take that nx I got from vote abusing I really think thats fair. It does not matter if the accounts were level 5 or 150, by taking and using an account you didn't create, you gain an unfair advantage over other players. We can't accept ignorance of the rules into leniency, as they are to be agreed upon during account creation.
How is it any more unfair advantage than account that I did create? Also as I said I only did like 2 cakes on each player which is 4 cakes total and all I ask for is second chance, take off what I got from it and the nx I voted from those accounts...
You gained an unfair advantage by taking over accounts that were already trained on by the original owners. You also were able to participate in the cake event boss more times then you normally would have by using these accounts you took over. I am sorry but with major account sharing there will not be a second chance.
Why can't there be like a warning before? and a punishment before permanently banning a person? I really think thats too harsh and can't understand why I can't get a second chance since its was never in bad intention and I never knew this is against the rules... I'm guessing this will be the end of the discussion since its not going anywhere but I guess asking one more time won't hurt.. so please do reconsider and let me proof that im not that kind of player that breaks the rules.. All of this story was an honest mistake and you can tell by the fact that this appeal got me permanently banned even though it was supposed to be a 14 day warning ban. I'm not hiding anything, I don't have any will to break any rule and I did mean to be a regular player and its just a shame it ended up like this. I know this probably won't change your mind but I guess just make it a yes/no and close this thread because unfortunately it feels like a waste of time for both of us.. Thank you
