You had mapowner. That's the keyboard. Unfortunately, like I said, he wasn't reporting you for KSing Lyka or whatever. He reported you for not leaving the map despite being requested to, and his screenshot shown him being the mapowner. I think I said this a few time. So if you're indeed the map owner, then I really don't understand how it lost it to begin with. Did you afk (3 mins or more) till you lost it, or what? That's a typical day in Royals. I get that all the time (because not many people know my actual IGNs). What makes you so special/immune to it? I think we just have to live with it and don't sink to their level. I agree it's a real mess, but like I said, it all could've been prevented if you had not used those words and just left. Or perhaps, even talk it out nicely. Don't blame it on us, but your evidence for being insufficient. I think you have been long around enough to know what kind of evidence is accepted, and what's not. As this is an anonymous report, I can't reveal too much, but his evidence clearly shows you not co-operating with him despite him saying he's the map owner, and asking you to leave. For what's worth, I don't think yours is the worst there has ever been. There are people who got reported simply standing there doing nothing, but I think actions were still taken simply because they didn't respect the map owner's wish, and they exchanged nasty words. All these played a part, really.
Yes,I'm sorry Kai.I wish I had the time to screenshot it all but I didn't.Does any of his ss's show that I asked to see mapowner and he didn't provide it? It was a bad situation. I came onto the map and was killing the thing.He shows up and starts killing it.No mapowner was shown. Mine- because I already hit it when I got there.His- because he ignored me. While I was yelling and asking questions,he continued to hit it. After 3 mins he finally showed mapowner. The reason this blew up like this is because there were 5 AC guild members sitting and hitting once on other maps,to keep them,while he was going around holding other maps which prob came to about 11 maps he was holding. He showed up at Lyka 4 days ago.I have been there for 3 months and never saw him there before until 4 days ago. I guess he thought putting alts on maps will hold those 5 plus the 11 he was holding,which will cause a lot of problems with other people. I don't know what will happen when I get back on and continue farming there like I always did. But if this is what he is going to continue to do, there is going to be a lot of problems. I would like to know who owns those AC guild alts. If they are his,then there is a huge problem, as I read in a post somewhere that you cannot bring alts to channels to hit and hold and not attempt to kill the boss with them. This is true? - As to the question of did I afk for 3 mins = No. I was too busy telling him to cc and asked him if he was deaf etc... And he was still hitting Lyka all that time.
My friends in the shoutbox are telling me in discord to stop.As it has gone too far now. I got the ban I serve the ban I come back to the game, and ignore thewound from now on. If I hit mapowner on a map and it is mine and he comes and starts hitting it,I am going to turn on my video and just record it all. Easier than to ss and save ss and save pics. In fact when I get back,I'll have it ready to record. I can't defend myself w/o my proof.

OK it is july 11th after 246 UTC and I'm still getting the blocked acct in log in screen. It's been 3 days ... But IDK the time zone Is it mine in Florida or yours in UTC? I filed the ban appeal at 1:19 pm est So I was banned before that time.I guess while I was sleeping for 9 hrs after I went afk.

Dear @Tim, as you previously told me, my ban should have expired by now. I would like this case to be handled by you. As Kai said, I was banned for hate speech as I used a forbidden word towards the player, however I would also like you to pull up the logs for that day. They should show I had mapowner prior to the other player who ksed me and should also show that I was asking him to change channel. With that being said, it is logical that once the player is ksing me, he would pin the boss, making me unable to hit anything and thus he obtained mapowner. As I am a bishop, I have to be in the platform below where lyka spawns, otherwise I'm killed by the seduce. What I would like to understand is why I am being banned for not leaving the map upon request, when the map was previously mine and the other player ignored my request when I asked him to change channel and show mapowner? How is it fair that I am being ksed and mapstolen but the punishment is on me? I understand that my ban was for hate speech for using the word c***t, and that should be lifted by now. Again I would like to ask you to pull the logs for me as I believe there is a bigger picture and context of what actually happened. Like Kai previously said, I HAD mapowner and thats a keyword, so with that being said, shouldn't the other player have left the map in the first place upon my request? My first few posts: This should indicate to you that you're already banned for Hate Speech + KSing. If you can't infer that, then my bad, I should have made it clearer. That aside, we have been discussing why you didn't leave the map for almost a full whole page, and I didn't get any satisfactory answer regarding it. So that's a 2nd indication that you are also banned for KSing. With regards to Tim, he's only giving you a reply based on the screenshot you provided. He did not have the time to look into our logs to double check because he has other administrative stuffs to attend to, and was only giving you a quick respond. So let me get into details why the ban says 3 days, only then to become 6 days. The answer is rather simple, the popup is bugged, and we just fixed it. I originally banned you for 3 days (for hate speech), only to have reviewed it again and extended your ban by another 3 days (for KS included). So that gives you a total of 6 days, which is correct. Now to the part on why was it 6 days. You constantly told me you lost map ownership, which I still have no idea how you did (you realise you can literally hit anything else to retain map ownership, right?). You're right, you had map ownership as you claimed (but did you provide evidence to prove that? No.). But what the reporter reported you for was not leaving his map. I repeat, and read this carefully again, because I don't like repeating myself a thousand times - not leaving his map when requested to, and being shown map ownership belonging to him. This has nothing to do with Lyka whatsoever, because he did not report you for that. Now to break down your posts by parts: Tim will give you the same answer I did. Your failure to infer my responses over the past 1.5 pages is probably your burden to bear. However, I agree I could have make it explicitly clearer from the start which I failed to. But no, I won't remove your KS ban just because of that. Pulling up our logs is a waste of time (especially for cases like this. Note that our logs isn't there for your advantage when you don't have evidences provided), because I acted based on the evidence he provided. If you want to make a case, get your own evidence, which so far you haven't presented so I assume you don't have any. So you're telling me that map only has Lyka? No, that doesn't seem a tact bit logical at all. It has other normal monsters which you could hit to retain map ownership, while taking screenshots/videos of him KSing your Lyka. But did you? No. Technically true, but now you're serving another 3 days for KS/Hate Speech, however you choose to look at it. Well, you made it clear that you had map ownership. Yes, that's the keyword - you had. Which is past tense, means you no longer do. And again, did you take evidences of him KSing you, while still having map ownership and presenting those evidences to support your appeal/make your own report? No. This is a bug on our end where it showed the shortest ban length instead of the longest. Like what I said, I originally banned you 3 days for Hate Speech (shortest), but only to review it and extend it by another 3 days to 6 days (longest) to include Hate Speech + KS. Kevin has already fixed that issue, so it should no longer happen for future bans. TLDR: You are banned 3 days for use of those words I mentioned in the 1st page, and you're also banned another 3 days (total of 6 days) for refusing to respect the map owner's wish to leave the map (this KS ban has nothing to do with Lyka), and continuing using those hate speech words.
