I think here is one thread at 2013 shows that ACB wont lead to expire of element charge even only put one point. At that time, GM said they will check this bug. Today I also try using charge blow with 1 point of ACB, it still lead to 100% of success rate that wont delete the element charge effect. Is this skill have some buff changes in the past patches or just only a bug that still not been fixed? Thanks for helping!
