While the player in this thread did use drop-trading, the items were successfully picked up beforehand and were only lost afterward due to a server crash/rollback. The refund was issued due to the rollback-related loss, not because the items were drop-traded. Please refrain from drop-trading whenever possible, as we are generally unable to provide assistance for items lost in this manner. Hope this clarifies the misunderstanding.
