    I looked into this the other day and yeah... 40 2nd Job SP, 90 3rd Job SP, and 20 4th job SP.
    (I don't see any reason for the elemental charges to be different for Swords and BW anyways, seeing as you were already forced to specialize in one or the other back in 2nd job. Just seems rude, honestly.)

    There should be an "All SP Reset" item for like 60,000 NX.
