Allow slow to work on moving boss

    Would really appreciate it if Archmage's slow can work on moving bosses like tengu and anego
    just like back in GMS/MSEA....

    MapleSEA? I don't remember "Slow" working on bosses. Do you have any evidences to support your claim?

    I definitely remember slow working on bosses like the Geist Balrog in APQ but the closest things to evidence that I can find are old posts from Basil Market and GameFAQs stating that "Slow works on bosses as well." and "Most if not all moving bosses (moving as in not Zakum, HT, Pianus, etc) can be slowed." These threads are from 2011 but I quit playing GMS at around the same version as Royals.
