Moderate APR not working and untradable

    i bought 3 apr and i cant use them and cant drop \ trade them my ingame name is "Elbaz"

    I recently bought alot of APR's too and now I'm stuck with 19 of them. Can't trade, can't drop...

    had the same issue, and nothing.
    now i have nx to spend and im afraid to buy aprs so it wont happen again.
