But first let me clear some things. I'm lazy and tired of work 9-5, so when i tried to do the jump quest on zak i just couldnt pass that damn puzzle, tried like 6 times to be honest. So i downloand some ass cheat to help me out, then after finish i was banned, anyway i know that cheating is perma ban, but i ve been having a lot of fun with my friends that also came back playing. So i'm asking for a second chance, to play the game that helped me to pass through the pandemic back in 2020. btw i ve never mult account vote, rtm, etc.
Using hacks on our server is strictly prohibited, as outlined in our ToS. For this reason, you will unfortunately remain permanently banned. We get that this jump quest can cause a lot of stress. However, that is why we provided an alternate quest line. On top of that, it is important to remember that only a few classes "require" zakum access for core skills. Most other classes can be played without ever unlocking zakum. The helms from scarlion and targa are similar to those from zakum, and there are plenty of other bosses to kill for EXP. I urge anybody else who is considering violating the ToS because of the zakum JQ to reconsider. It is not worth losing everything over.
