    I've never done the squad approach since if you lack 1-2 members from the squad, you'll have to find 1-2 other people outside of your squad. It may work if they're active everyday, not saying it won't. However, I just find it better to treat the whole guild as a squad. That way you can work with who ever's online. Even if times the team doesn't look too promising, you still have a larger variety of participants than any other guild.

    lol @ people coming here and expect to read something about HT. Sorry! off topic xD.

    I will be fixing up teams today <3
