I appreciate that, but I'm not asking you to change your stance on my proposed solution (and haven't indicated that's my wish since your initial reply). I get the concern for possible exploits.

I'm simply asking how one physical action (holding a key) registering multiple in-game actions (via default, manufacturer-provided keyboard auto-repeat) is allowed under the Terms of Service.

You, and apparenty the rest of the Staff, have declined to comment on this even though it is an important question about a clear inconsistency in the Terms of Service regarding the "1:1" guideline.
