New Luckless Cleric here, about to tick 50, looking to buy a Zak helm/ run once I ding. I'll need gold teeth too (I think?) It's been a long time since I've done Zak, and I'm not sure if this server runs it different or not. So pretty much looking for the full "hold my hand lets do zak" deal/ or someone to tell me what to do ect. May need to pay partially in NX items if that's allowed. I don't think that's allowed, so after a price, would need time to sell the items I guess. E: Also, do I do the prequest before I buy the Z run, or does the party have to do it at the same time?
You do the prequest before you join the Z run. You can just smega and ask who wants to do prequest with you or you can create a solo party and go in to do the prequest alone. You'll need 30 gold teeth for stage 3 zak pre-quest. you can hunt them from miner zombie or you can buy them from fm. The standard price for zak helmet is 70m and it is untradeable. So you have to go in the map with the zakum party. You need at least 3.2k hp without HB, 1.9k with HB if not mistaken. You go in, you hug the left wall (stay at the left side of the map), pet loot must be off. If you survive the whole run, then you get your helmet. Names will be called in order from the squad leader. You can only loot your helmet when your name is called and you pay after you loot the helmet. If you loot before name is called or you loot other stuff, you'll most likely end up in the community blacklist http://royals.ms/forum/threads/newer-community-blacklist.38223/ ( and good luck zakking in future ). The above is pretty standard (especially the looting bit and pet loot off), but obviously each party does it a bit differently. Some are stricter, some are more casual. IF you're using a Mac Client, it is advisable to use bootcamp or get parallels and use windows on Mac. You usually dc if you use mac client. Having said that, some people have in the past successfully finish a whole zak run using a mac client. You can look it up more if you want to know. You need to change your graphics every time a body dies otherwise you risk having black screen or dc (even on windows). The party will usually shout GFX, which means change picture quality.
