Unfortunately, I did not realize this when I first started playing MapleRoyals. There are actually 3 different people playing separately — myself, my sister, and my girlfriend — using 3 different accounts. We mainly stay between 2 different locations and move flexibly between them, which likely caused the system to detect multiple votes from the same household/IP and resulted in the ban. We sincerely did not intend to break any rules or abuse the voting system. We were also unaware that we needed to request whitelist approval before voting together. We truly enjoy playing MapleRoyals and respectfully ask for another chance. We are willing to provide any proof necessary, including photos or verification, to show that we are indeed 3 different individuals. We sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding and hope you will consider unbanning our accounts. Thank you for your time and understanding. No, this is not three different people. Even if it were, "you" would still be banned for not applying and being accepted on the voting whitelist, and for account sharing. You will remain permanently banned.
