Hi, i have been playing royals on and off for years now, yesterday i came back to play after a long break, opened a new char with a friend. today i cant log into any of my accounts. this is happening on 4 different accounts, I'm not sure i remember every single char name but ill try All Your Character Names: HunT3R, Harmonium, + 1 mule i don't remember name(main account) \ BishBoosh + 1 mule (2cnd account) \ Moos + 1 mule (3rd account) \ RedDeadEddie (the new char i created yesterday) Last thing you did: was just playing with a friend, did nlc quest and went on subway back and logged out. Why do you think you got banned?: I think i might know the reason, please believe me it was an honest lazy mistake and I just didn't think about it. I think I am not the one who created the account i played on, the one i created RedDeadEddie on. I think this account was created years ago by a friend of mine and for some reason i had the log in details for, and i believe that friend (who i haven't played with since and its been years) got banned. when a different friend asked me to play yesterday i was lazy and didn't want to create a new account, then i found the log in info for that one, i saw it was an empty account, and just decided to use it. I wasn't thinking and didn't even for sure remember it wasn't mine. I am very sorry for doing that, and if that is the reason for the ban i swear it was an honest mistake. I've been playing on the server for years and never did anything even close to cheating\abusing or doing anything ban worthy. i ask you please to return my accounts, if not the new one at least my old original accounts. and if u do I will just take some stuff i transferred to the new account back and delete it and create my own new account. please, i don't want to stop playing on this server, i really love it. thank you Ban message when attempting to log in: "this is an id that has been deleted or blocked from connection. please check again." Please provide us more info of the friend that gave you the account - who is he, what are his IGNs? - why did he give you the account(s)?
Hi thanks for replying. I'm really not sure about all his details, it was a long time ago, i Think he had a bishop named Zakan around lvls 140-160, and he also had a high level assassin, but i don't remember his name, probably on my buddy list (but i can't access it right now). he was a real life friend of mine, and introduced me to the server. if i remember correctly the first time i wanted to open up a secondary account i had some problem with my email, and he was like "i have a few empty open accounts if u want to use them", and gave me this one. i ended up not using it and just fixing my mail and opening my own account, but had the details kept in a doc on my pc. i have a lot of accounts (for different games as well) on that doc, and i didn't remember this specific one was not originally mine. i just hopped on last night with a different friend and wanted a quick start so i used that account. didn't even think about it being a problem, very sorry for that
