Hi, I would like to submit for a ban appeal ALL Your Character Names: thoc0n, ICeAngelz, R4iny Last thing you did: Grinding in Mulung map Why do you think you got banned?: I think I got banned because I play in same IP with my kid & my sister (sometimes since she mostly plays in her office as she does not have pc at home) My daughter character : Miarr My sister character: BlackFox Ban message when attempting to log in: My ban message : This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection My daughter ban message : Your Account had been blocked for hacking or illegal Use of third-party programs I would like to know why my kid got that ban message or precisely which suspicious activities you have detected. I'm asking because her PC was hacked once (email lost, steam lost) and I had to re-install windows - so it's a big alert sign for me. I am 100% sure that she did not use any hacking or 3rd pt program since she just plays the game for fun - she play only 1 character and her level is 43 so it makes no sense to do it so unless it's a false detection or there is sth wrong with the pc. Hi there. You are not banned but the IP address you're connecting with is banned, you can restart your router to obtain a new IP address. Noting the dynamic of the family playing together, please ensure that everyone is aware of the Terms and Conditions. If multiple players are in the same household, a whitelist application needs to be submitted for voting. Please also note that account sharing is taken as a serious offense so players should play on separate computers but if they need to be on the same computer, please play at different times. Hi Foxy, Thanks for your help. It works now and I can access the game. I got a new IP in the 3rd try, unplugging both modem and router in 1h - my previous 2 tries was attempted in 30 mins. I just want to share in case someone fails to do it as the different ISP might have different way to assign the dynamic IP in their pool Regarding the "multiple players are in the same household" matter, thanks for the info. I do strictly follow what I know from the rule, 1 vote from the IP each day, no logging 2 accounts at the same time in same PC. I would like to ask if it's OK to give ETC, cheap items or sth I don't use anymore to my kid. I guess it's ok since 2 acc are played in different PC but I want to 2x check if it complies to the rule.
