Hi, I would like to submit the ban appeal request for my daughter & my sister as they are not good at English. The 2-weeks ban message states that my daughter is using 3rd party programs but she did not. The only function related to key-mapping she is using is changing from arrows keys to wasd - and this is supported by the keyboard (switching by fn+W), so I don't think it's the issue. It would be nice if you could help point out what went wrong so I could help her fix it. Maybe it could be an unwanted app running on the background or something else. You cannot submit Ban Appeal on behalf of them If they are not that good in English, they may submit the appeal in their native language
