    Last thing you did: I was on yesterday, did 1 Ludi PQ and logged off.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I'm assuming it's because I didn't installed the new MapleRoyals files, I didn't know there were new files to be installed. I don't usually browse the forums
    Ban message when attempting to log in: You may not access your account because your account is permanently banned.
    What GM banned you (optional): N/A

    Looks like you need to download the new files, you are correct. If you could redownload the game & then screenshot the contents for your MapleRoyals folder for me with the "date modified" showing that would be awesome & I will be able to unban you after.
