you're not banned, do you have any unused network adapters active that give you extra MAC addresses? are you using VPN services?
I don't really know what "extra MAC addresses " means so I probably didnt receive any of it. I'm not using VPN service. I just move in university dorm room will this affect?
that might affect your connection yes, someone on your dorm room net might have gotten that IP address banned before
your account and the IP / MAC address you send me are not banned do you have the same login problems on another account?
Something amazing just happened!! I register a new account than login successfully. Than, i tried my old account again. i can log in after this!!! Thanks for your help !!!!!! ))))))))
Sorry man i still need some help, i relogged my account again and the same thing happened again. whenever i click my character "cant connect to the server popped out". (((((((((
