When did you last redownload the game? you've been banned for playing with outdated files on 08 07 2017
You will need to upload a screenshot of your new files in your MapleRoyals folder with the "date modified" column showing so we can see that you updated them. If you haven't downloaded since the halloween patch, I would suggest downloading the game again. If you do not know what your screenshot is supposed to look like & how to get it to where you can see the date modified, I added some arrows showing what to click.
