Not sure if this helps, but one of the last things I did was also voting for NX. and subsequently logged out after that.

It appears my account isn't banned, as I tried logging in at Uni and was successful - but when I came back home to try again, the same message came out and I was unable to log in. Can I please know what has happened and how do I rectify it? Many thanks.
you're trying to connect from a banned IP, this is a common problem with the ISPs in malaysia which cycle through dynamic IPs with their customers so sometimes you might be given a banned IP by them. You should be able to play if you restart your router
Sir, sorry but I'm currently studying abroad in UK, and I'm staying at a student accommodation, hence I would not be able to restart the router as it probably would be a centralized one. Can you kindly provide any other methods to resolve the issue?
