    When can we release the blockade and how can I apply for separation from my niece?

    The way I vote with my niece is not to use VPN.
    I am using a computer, and he is using his mobile phone, we are not using virtual IP

    your niece got your computer / ip permanently banned for macro botting, you can only play on your account on another setup, your niece isnt allowed to play anymore so a whitelist applicaiton wouldnt be needed

    no there is no way to get access to Bianhua or their equipment again.
    You can play on nightsilence once you have a new connection to play from

    we have provided you with the option we can offer you which is playing from a different connection on your account
    Bianhua nearly exclusively played from your computer, we cannot unban that system as it would give them the option to register a new account and play again which we dont condone. You have them to blame for blocking your system from mapleroyals.
