Just recently got banned. Not sure why. Guessing because multiple people play on my wifi, and vote (even though it doesnt let more than one of us vote per day).

Hello, please clarify on this. As I personally have one account. My brother, on the same wifi also has another account. I can see how it can become an issue if people make multiple accounts. However, we are seperate individuals on the same wifi. My account: Brohski, is the only account ive ever used.

 

Additionally, we were not aware of this whitelist that you have. Had we been told to do this, I believe the account sharing accusation would not be placed on us. We do not share accounts, we each have ONE account. Please correct this. I would really prefer not to be banned, as I have spent countless hours lvling and such, just to be banned because of a wrongful accusation.

 

Sir, please hear me out. I never shared my account. If you want to ban my brother, who had a separate account for his girlfriend, then that's on him. But I had ONE account, never voted more than ONCE a day, and did not hack, cheat, or do anything abnormal. Ive spent countless hours getting to lvl 101, even stayed up late on finals week (college) to play and train. All those hours will be thrown away for what? Because my brother made another account that has nothing to do with me? because we voted on the same IP (but only once per day (not each)? Because we werent on the whitelist (want aware until i was banned). Please understand that I have devoted lots of hours to this and we could turn this into a learning experience rather than a harsh punishment for a misunderstanding.

If given another chance, I will be diligent to adhere to all rules. As would my brother, I'm 100% sure, but that's between you and him.

 

Mingy was found to have said: "my brother is going to log in as me" and "so i'm going to relog on his" in game. This admission of account sharing throws you in with the ban as well.

 

This is news to me. I've never logged on as him. I suppose he could have used my computer without my permission or even decided not to do it after he said that because I was not told about this. Hes never asked me to sign on for him. I can see how that's against the rules, but I was not involved. I thought the issue was the lack of being on the whitelist. I don't think I should be penalized for what he said. I can ask him tomorrow what happened when he said that, but I ask of you to please reconsider un-banning my account, I did not participate in this.
