    Why do you think you got banned?: I'm using NordVPN and voting from same IP as my girlfriend (we live together but use different computers)
    Ban message when attempting to log in: You have been disconnected from the login server

    Idk, neither me nor my girlfriend can log on. We have NordVPN turned off but as soon as we choose a character and log in, it disconnects us. Her IGN is Ellira

    Strange. :( both of your accounts and your IP aren't banned, so you're not banned on our end. :(

    if you use NordVPN and their newly released NordLynx (if you updated NordVPN recently) you may experience issues logging in after character selection because NordLynx gives you an additional MAC address: 00-00-00-00-00-00. This is a banned MAC address that hackers have used in the past.
    You can't connect using this MAC address.
