Hi, I certainly believe you when you say you have "voted over and over again". Since you don't seem very familiar with the rules after being here for 2 years, the amount of time you have to wait before you are allowed to vote again is longer than 5 minutes, and does not allow the use of up to 6 accounts. You have used a number of accounts to cheat with over a rather large period, which means the permanent ban is correct, and will remain. Your ban appeal has been denied.
