What GM banned you (optional): I'm not even sure I was banned. I never did anything shady. I started having an error message when trying to log in, then I tested if I was able to log in using my mobile connection and I was, so I assumed it was a network error. Reading forum posts about the same issue I was having people suggested to try logging in using a VPN and that it usually fixed the problem. I tried to connect using Hotspot shield, it didnt work either. Then I tried to log in again and this ban message appeared. I am very confused and if someone could fix the issue I would be grateful. EDIT: Turns out I downloaded the updated version of the game and am now able to log in. Thanks
