    Last thing you did: Ludi-Party Quest & hung out at FM respectively
    Why do you think you got banned?: unable to login, a ton of times and prompted to change password but never did. Kept disconnecting recently as well.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: "This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection"

    Hi Kenny, thank you for the response. I have another Character but I can't remember the name of it I do have the login details but I cant get past the loading page.

    Yes my brother does play the game as well in the same household.

    Hi Kenny, I'ved ask him to check but it seems his account has the same error as mine. He had a low level Warrior and stopped playing a couple of days ago, but I have his email used to register etc if you require him for verification.

    *Edit: would it be better to provide you all the email addresses used to create the account(s)?*

    Do you use a VPN or home wifi? Do you or your brother know the character roadhogger, LucioMain and imopeall?

    Hi Kenny thank you for the response,

    I play with both Home Wifi and sometimes a VPN as I required a VPN for work and with the current pandemic I work from home.
    I do not know those characters. My brother says that he has not played for the past couple of days and also does not know those characters.

    *edit: I've also never used a VPN to play whilst working but had tried to log in with a VPN after i got the message using Home Wifi. Don't know if that helps.

    Looking forward to hearing back from the team :D

    You don't appear to be banned. Please try restarting your router to see if that helps. In addition, please avoid free VPN if you are using any.

    Hi Kenny, thank you for your response and I'm super relieved to hear that as it came as a shock.

    I''ve tried restarting the router 3x (leaving it off for 5 minutes in-between) and I still get the same error :(

    *Edit, tried a couple more times and my game is up to date too.*

    *Edit 2, reinstalled the full game. Tried to login with a VPN (Paid) and successfully logged in till after character selection - after which it crashes my game, the error I receive is:
    "You have been disconnected from the login server
    Please try again later"*

    Your accounts are not banned but your IP is banned. You may use the cellular hotspot, purchase a VPN, or ask your service provider to change your IP. Also, make sure you have the latest game files installed.
