everything works now, feel free to close the thread, but besides my RP transfer request (I read the forum and I understand we can't do that) but for the nx on my account that IS tradeable within game, for some reason I can't trade it, any ideas?
It sounds like your NX items are bugged. Please take note of the items that you can't trade, then proceed to place them in the cash shop. The items should disappear, and that will confirm that they are faulty. Once the items are gone, please make a thread in the Character Issue subforum providing your IGN, the server time of when the incident took place, and what items disappeared. Once an admin will verify the items are gone from your Cash Shop, a GM will contact you and issue a refund. I hope that helps. I will be closing this thread now as you are no longer banned.
