You were permanently banned for RWT. Perhaps if you had read our ToS, you would have known that this is a permanently bannable offence, along with the account sharing you just admitted to as well. You might also have known that bans apply to people, and not just accounts. Your appeal is denied. You will remain permanently banned. Any further accounts you (or your brother) creates will be banned as well.
