there are instances in your login history where characters like Valerion (yours) and Aysuko (partners) are online on the same device and connection at the same time which we consider account sharing, unfortunately your ban will remain too
Hello Tim, Sorry i think you get it wrong, we login on my laptop because its okay to multi-client and we mostly afk at FM sitting side by side. I don't touch her chars and she don't touch mine Its not fair that we did not broke the rules by account sharing as we don't touch each other chars. With respect to you and all the GMs and Admins, please check our chat logs that i can very confirm we did not touch each other characters. Sorry Tim you need to give a proper verdict to your supporters and check everything thoroughly instead of just saying we online on the same device which is " consider account sharing " that is very unfair to me. I will wait for your reply again Tim and please do not assume that we shares account as we don't use the same key settings also. As a owner of the game you got to be fair and justice for ban appeals which are banned wrongly or linked to someone else. Thank you for looking into my ban appeal Tim, with respect i hope you can bring an innocent player back to the game.
Regarding your concern, this scenario would be account sharing This is not multi-clienting Multi-clienting would be a player launching multiple clients and logging into his/her own game accounts
thank you everyone for the replies, after talking to Dave on discord which he explained to me how the GMs and Admins POV, i will just delete this game because of assuming or whether even if i get unbanned how will others used my ban appeal to link up for themselves.
