You have been permanently banned for macrobotting, and you are also ban evading a previous ban for the same thing. Go find somewhere else to spend your vacation, because you are not wanted here.

A closer look at the recording of your playing also reveals that you were using a speed hack which you quickly turned off when you realized you were being monitored.

Was much more recent than 10 years since you were previously banned too

First of all, the idea of disrespecting players whom you consider "hackers" or "bots" is unfair. The sense of power used to "bring down the hammer" and silence players so they cannot give their side of the story is not fair to begin with.

As I stated before, I work with my PC and run many scripts that might theoretically look like in-game interference. I did not realize at the time that my background work tools might be monitored or considered a violation of the TOS when I wasn't even using them within the game.

A person who intends to hack would not "instantly turn it off" just because they remembered they were being monitored—that makes no sense. If I intended to cheat, I would use hacks to benefit myself; I wouldn't turn them on for "two seconds" and then shut them off. Isn't the point of hacking to actually gain an advantage?

I did not do that. I leveled both of my characters legitimately and never benefited from any third-party program to gain an advantage over other players. My job involves building scripts and improving AI agents. If a script is running in the background, you might "monitor" third-party behavior, but that doesn't mean it was used in-game to make my life easier or to give myself an unfair privilege. It was never used to provide a benefit in the game.

Regarding the timing: yes, I did play 10 years ago—maybe a bit more, maybe a bit less. Claiming that it was "something recent" only proves my point that I am being judged based on someone else's case, or perhaps being targeted with extra hostility for no reason.

I believe I am innocent. I leveled up, earned my mesos, and gathered my items fairly. I never had any intention of breaking the rules or disturbing anyone. If anything was flagged during monitoring, it is likely related to the tools I use for my professional work, which have nothing to do with the game. I understand the complexity of this case, but I maintain that I have played legitimately at all times.

Hey I'm a programmer myself, and i can assure you, no legit player's scripts or programs that are unrelated to royals, would cause you to appear to be using hacks in royals. This argument is laughable.

Yeah, that's would make no sense. But it was not because you "remembered" you were being monitored by a GM, it was because you realized you were being monitored by a GM.

I understand your perspective as a programmer, but I respectfully disagree that this argument is "laughable."

The scripts and environments I work with involve automation and AI agents that interact with system processes. It is entirely possible for anti-cheat software to flag background activity that hooks into system memory or monitors inputs, even if those tools aren't interacting with the game client directly. I am not claiming the scripts were for Royals; I am saying the monitoring software likely misinterpreted my professional workspace as game interference.

I have spent a significant amount of time playing legitimately and have no reason to risk my account for a "two-second" advantage. I am asking for a fair review of the logs that considers the possibility of a false positive based on my specific technical environment.
I don't mind being monitored closely by GMs because I know I have nothing to hide heidi.
know my capabilities, and I want you to trust me when I say that I never had any intention of applying them to the game.
