    Last thing you did: Selling leech? I guess (because it was a really long time ago)
    Why do you think you got banned?: I am truely not sure about that. I am a return player and forgot everything about both of my accounts. I sent a support request to find my accounts back.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: Actually, I do not remember my accounts' information to log in and receive any ban messages. That is Admin Tim replying on my support request thread that this character was banned in 2018. I just want to comeback to the game MapleRoyals. Please help me with this. Thank you
    What GM banned you (optional): I really do not know huhuhu

    I apologize for any inconvenience. As it has been over two or three years since my last login, I cannot recall the exact details of my activity.

    I currently have two accounts for which I only remember the IDs; I have unfortunately forgotten the other information (passwords, PICs, etc...).

    Additionally, my accounts' recovery emails are linked to yahoo . com . vn addresses, which are no longer active in my country. If possible, could you please guide me through the process of verifying my identity and updating these accounts to a new email address?

    He only said "your character kunzbbtkz was banned in 2018, you will have to make a ban appeal for that"
    I haven't received any further information about my accounts.
    I cannot even recall which account ID is associated with that character "kunzbbtkz".

    From the data I can see, it looks to me like your account was accessed by somebody else. I'll need to get Tim to confirm that though. So please be patient and wait for his response
