    Last thing you did: Played a bishop a few years ago and was farming and then I quit one day.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I'm not sure as my last proper login was years ago.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned you (optional): N.A.

    Hmm as I am trying to play with my wife now, I would rather have a clean slate so I would like for my account to be completed wiped so I can restart afresh with my wife.
    If that is possible I would prefer this to be done to my account.

    Hi Heidi. I do not recall breaking any rules as I was quite burnt out grinding and quit the game entirely one day on my own accord.

    Only recently did I remember this game and tried to get back, wanting to restart playing from scratch.

    Hi and good morning GM team,

    I was looking through the top replies and in the thread created by user omrigutkin2, I read about the possibility of accounts getting compromised.

    As I have not played the game for years after quitting, I wanted to check if it was possible that my account was compromised in the past.

    If so, I will follow the correct steps and set up the neccessary changes in passwords, PIN, PIC, in order to regain control of my old account.

    Will be awaiting future updates and instructions. I am confused about my situation, but willing to cooperate further.

    May I know if my case is still being looked at? Was I previously banned, or was my account just restricted for not playing for too long?

    your account was compromised too because you use the same login details elsewhere online
    change your password, pin and pic (all 3) at royals.ms/controlpanel and let us know here once you've done so

    I will update here again once it is done. Still facing a problem in the control panel, where I am unable to log in due to too many attempts.

    Good afternoon.

    I would like to inform that the password has been changed. However, for PIC and PIN, the control panel instructs me to log into the game to set them. I will need my account to be unblocked first for me to do so.

    Will this be allowed?

    Informing that I managed to log in and set both PIN and PIC. Account is now back under my control.
