Open Awaiting Admin Action Ban Appeal

"I understand where you're coming from. The issue is that my ping is extremely high and unstable when playing without a VPN. Also, I can't always guarantee a stable connection on my second device—if the VPN drops or I switch between devices, my IP will keep changing. I'm worried that these fluctuations will look suspicious to the system and result in another ban. Is there a safe way for me to handle this?
