Both characters are under different accounts (same email address), but I've checked that creating multiple accounts under the same email is allowed, and multi-client is allowed as well. I also only strictly voted on one account per day (either one, but never both). The only thing "unexpected" I did was that I was outside of my house yesterday, so I used my phone's hotspot to connect to the internet to log in briefly. But I was still able to connect and play after I got back home and connected back to the home wifi. It is only now (~12 hours since last logged in) that I realize I can't log in anymore. Hi there. You are not banned. You might want to double check things like: restarting your router to obtain a new IP address disabling and uninstalling VPNs ensuring MapleRoyals is whitelisted in Windows Defender ensuring MapleRoyals is whitelisted in antivirus
Thank you, managed to log back in again! To help anyone else who may be facing issues with IP (despite having dynamic IP and restarting router multiple times), you may have to manually release and get a new IP address. You will have to log in to your router in order to release/renew your IP address.
