Thanks for the information. Understanding that I have abused the voting system. Have already read through the T&C about voting in detail. Guess this was not done on purpose as sometimes might be my connection issue that does not shows the NX being creditted into my account yet. So I have switch off my wifi and re-vote using my mobile network. Would be thankful if you are able to consider my appeal and release the ban for me. Promised that will be more careful in future to let the page load fully and refresh to let the NX credited into my account.
That's really interesting. Vote abuse means you voted on two or more accounts within the same day over a period of time. If you are unable to fully understand and play in line with our Terms and Conditions then perhaps your ban should be upgraded from a temporary to a permanent.
Thanks again for the clarifications. If that's the case, I apologize for my actions and for not fully adhering to the T&C. I will make sure to follow the rules properly moving forward.
