    Hi staff, I understand the seriousness of a hacking accusations. I was playing MapleRoyals through Parallels on Mac, and before the block I experienced repeated sudden disconnects. I am not sure whether the VM/graphics/network instability caused unusual behavior on your side, but I want to provide that context clearly.

    No, that's not what the problem was. You were using hacks. One of our GMs saw you doing so. Your appeal is denied.

    I understand your position and I do not want to argue with. If a GM observed something that appeared abnormal, I believe it may have been a misunderstanding or caused by my unstable Parallels/VM setup, as I was experiencing repeated disconnects.

    Could the GM clarify what type of behavior was observed, such as movement, attack, looting or client abnormality, so i can understand what may have been mistaken.
