    Unfortunately, we are unable to lift the ban, as it was issued correctly.

    As Tim mentioned earlier, there are multiple places throughout the registration and voting process that link to or prompt players to review the Terms & Conditions. Beyond providing those reminders, there is little more we can do if a player chooses not to read them.

    We appreciate your understanding on this matter.

    Its a first time offence though and like I said I have seen many other people be temporarily banned for the same thing. Ive put a lot of time and effort into the account and dont want it to go for something I wasnt aware of.
