Hello, I was recently banned for voting on two different accounts on the same day. I wasn't aware of that rule at the time, but I understand that I violated the server rules, and I take full responsibility for my actions. I am not asking for my banned accounts to be restored. I understand that I can no longer play on those accounts, and I accept the punishment that was applied. What I would like to ask is whether I may create a completely new account and start over from scratch. My intention is simply to continue playing MapleRoyals. I created a new account and a character named Dyzek, but when I try to log in I receive the following message:"You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later." I'm not sure if this means my connection or IP is restricted because of the previous ban, or if there is another issue. I would simply appreciate clarification on whether I may ever start over on a fresh account, or if my ban permanently prevents me from playing on the server.
