So you won't be able to use this account. Basically I just entered the wrong password to many times since I have different passwords on different things. I don't deserve a ban for that.

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that your account is secure. If your password has been changed then we can reset the password for you with your acc I'd, birthday and email. But if the account has been banned for hacking the ban will not be lifted.
That's to bad. Gotta say I hate hackers then. Though I do understand that you can't be sure that it's not me who's hacking. I guess I have to create a new account then. Thanks for your fast reply anyways.
Unfortunately it does not work like that. Once you were banned on one account, all subsequent accounts you create will automatically be banned.
Well, without going into any detail, this'll actually depend if he was telling the truth or not in his posts. So we will see.
Hi again! Just read this as I was logging in to a new account. That's really sad. I was like "what is going on" when it said I was banned on the new account aswell. Is there something I can do to prove that it wasn't me who was hacking? I mean, isn't very unfortunate when this happens since I will never be able to play on any account just because someone hacked me?
This proves that the person who hacked you and used hacking tools on your account did it from the same computer and network connection you are using.
But that's not possible. However, the reason I got banned for? A high damage amount dealt on a snail. Isn't that damage possible to do? Of course not on a low lvl character as I got but anyways? There is a lot of hackers out there and no doubt that they would manage to create/use such a hack to make it look like it's from my computer. This is the last post i will send. Ban or unban me. But I can tell you with the hand on my heart. I DID NOT USE ANY TYPE OF HACKS.
That damage is possible, but not for the level of the character in question. So I don't see how that is relevant. The ban will remain, since the hacker was using your IP AND your computer.
