Closed Ban from all my characters

Hello,

I’m writing because all four of my accounts were suddenly banned, and I honestly have no idea why.

About five minutes before the ban, I was playing normally. First, I was attending the GM Foxy event on my account royalflash1. After the event ended, I logged out and switched to my second account, kritzaa, where I was in the Free Market trying to upgrade some weapons.

After that, I logged into my third account, strawhatss, where I was trying to sell some scrolls to earn mesos.

While playing, I started experiencing lag, so I logged out with the intention of logging back in. When I tried to reconnect, I discovered that all three of the accounts I had been using were banned.

I also found that my fourth account, bluepillow, had been banned as well, even though it wasn’t even logged in at the time.

I genuinely don’t know what I did wrong. I have always tried to follow the game’s rules, and I would really appreciate it if you could review my case and let me know what caused the ban. If this was a mistake or an automated detection error, I would be very grateful if you could investigate it.

Last thing you did: i did gm foxy event with royalflash , after i buy scrolls and red craven with kritza and try to upgrade , after i try to sell scrolls with strawhatss to earn money
Why do you think you got banned?: i really dont know
Ban message when attempting to log in: i didnt get message i was lag , torn down and try to get in and not succes

Yes but its not the same character and not the same users ..
the other appeals was about that i was plat with my cousin with 2 computers
Its not the same thing now ..
i do all like the book and i did all legal i play with many characters on the same computer all alone

Yes, I remember them, but they are not related to my current characters.
With my current characters, I have done everything legitimately and followed all of the game’s rules. I have always played all of my characters on the same computer, just as I do every day.
I did not use any illegal software, cheats, bots, or anything that violates your rules. I have not done anything inappropriate or against your Terms of Service.
I genuinely don’t understand why these accounts were banned, and I would appreciate it if you could review my case again.

 

But what is the reason for the ban now ?? he banned me 3 years ago , iam play like one year now with that characters and all was good . So what the reason for now ??

 

I truly love this game and I really appreciate all the work that the staff has put into keeping MapleRoyals running.
However, the ban you’re referring to happened 3–4 years ago, if not longer. I’ve been actively playing on these current characters for about a year. During that time I’ve voted every day, leveled up, trained, participated in events, and simply enjoyed the game while following the rules.
I don’t understand how it is fair to ban me after an entire year of legitimate gameplay because of something that happened with different characters several years ago.
The ban I received back then was because my cousin and I were playing from two different computers. That situation has nothing to do with my current accounts.
My current characters have been played properly from the same computer, without cheats, bots, or any rule violations. Everything has been done legitimately.
I’m not trying to evade responsibility for the past. I’m simply asking that my current accounts be judged based on how they have actually been played. I sincerely hope you’ll consider giving me another chance.

I would also like to clarify one important point. The ban I received was approximately four years ago because I was playing together with my cousin on the same account.

I came back to MapleRoyals about a year ago, maybe a little longer. Since then, I have created three accounts with several characters, and I play on them every day.

Throughout this entire time, I have only played from my own computer. I have not shared my accounts, played from other people’s computers, or done anything that violates the rules.

I genuinely enjoy playing MapleRoyals, and I respectfully ask you to take my situation into consideration. During this past year with my current accounts, I have not committed a single rule violation. I have simply been enjoying the game and playing fairly.

I sincerely hope you’ll consider giving me another chance.

 

I had three accounts for over a year. I played on them and voted on them. From my perspective, I wasn’t doing anything wrong.

If you believed I should never have been allowed to play, you could have permanently banned me from the start instead of allowing me to play for over a year, invest my time into the game, and then tell me all of it meant nothing.

I strongly disagree with how this was handled. I feel I was treated unfairly and with unnecessary hostility. The insults in your reply were disappointing and unprofessional. Regardless of your decision, I believe players deserve to be treated with respect.

You act like people who were bullied in school and now enjoy having power over others.
