The Admins are the ones who looked at your voting history, and they are the ones who issued the vote abuse ban. Unfortunately, there is no resolution to a major vote abuse ban. It is permanent, and it means you as a person cannot play on this server anymore. You cannot create new accounts and start over either, since that would be considered Ban Evasion.
